By accessing or using Markdrop (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the Service.
Markdrop is a browser-based tool that converts markdown text into PDF, Word, HTML, and plain markdown files. All conversion happens locally in your browser — we don't operate a backend that receives, stores, or processes the content you type or upload.
You agree to use Markdrop only for lawful purposes. You won't use the Service to create, convert, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the rights of others. You're responsible for the content you create or convert using the Service.
You retain full ownership of any text or files you write, paste, or upload into Markdrop. Because the Service runs entirely in your browser, we never receive a copy of that content, and we make no claim to it.
The Markdrop name, logo, and the design and code of the Service (excluding your content) are the property of MKSOL TECH. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service itself without permission.
Markdrop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that conversions will always be error-free, that formatting will be preserved perfectly across every document, or that the Service will be available without interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markdrop and its creators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including loss of data, loss of time, or formatting issues in converted documents.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
